Car rental

Delivery/pick up (return) of the car
We will deliver and/or pick up the rented car for free within the city, from 10am to 6pm during the week. At any other times we offer this service at an extra charge of 10 Eur. 

Additional accessories

Child's seat and roof rack will be provided, if required.

Technical help 24/7
                                                                                                                                                                                                                            In case of damages or breakage of the rented car, round-the-clock phone line is available to you to seek technical help. The phone number is specified in the car hire contract.

Change of the rented car

In case of breakage of the rented car, not due to client's fault, ALLER will replace it for another serviceable car. If damages or breakages have occured due to the client's fault, transportation or other technical help has to be taken care of by the client, as well as the responsibility for damaging the car is assigned to the client, according to the provisions of the car hire contract.
